I am familiar with and commit to abide by the 8 data protection principles as established by the Data Protection Act 1998.
Where data is provided by [the client] to me in order for Telos Research to undertake a research project, that information shall be used solely for the purpose agreed with [the client].
Where data is provided by [the client] to me in order for Telos Research to undertake a research project, that data shall not be disclosed to any person outside of Telos Research without prior written consent of [the client].
Data received from [the client] will not be reproduced or duplicated by me unless I receive written instructions from [the client] to do so.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, I am the Data Processor and agree to abide by my obligations as such under the act.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, [the client] is the Data Controller. It is therefore the responsibility of [the client] to obtain consent from individuals for the storage and processing of their data. Such consent has not been obtained by me on behalf of [the client].
All [the client]'s data will be stored securely and will be destroyed or returned to [the client] within three months of full payment of any fees due.
I regularly update the information stored on individuals on the database of Telos Research. All records contain an update date.
Data received from [the client] will not be processed outside the European Economic Area without prior written consent from [the client].
If you are an individual, you have a right to access personal data we hold about you. Copies of this information are available on reasonable notice and on payment of a fee not exceeding £10 to cover administration and copying costs.
